Honestly Brianna, I want to thank you. I have been feeling so much better every morning since I started the program. I have more energy, I don’t feel bloated or sluggish. I actually look forward to working out every morning which says a lot. So THANK YOU!
So I did 5.2 rounds of AMRAP today and finally my weight started to move. I guess intermittent fasting + workouts = winning combo. Lost 3lb in 2 weeks!
